Character conversations

When the integrated chat is enabled, your messages, the selected character and its fictional context pass through this website’s server to Fluxer.AI. Each visitor and character has a separate conversation thread. The necessary b2bw_chat session cookie is HttpOnly and is not accessible to page scripts. It expires with your browser session. The website keeps the visible transcript in page memory, not local storage; Fluxer may retain conversation history according to the operator’s configuration. Contact 247@b2bw.si for questions about access or deletion. A design preview is clearly labelled and does not send messages to Fluxer.

Browsing the works

Your browser sends technical request information, including its IP address, the requested page and browser headers, so a server can deliver the site. The gallery application does not create visitor profiles, persist access logs or transmit cursor movements, tooltip choices or artwork-viewing history to an analytics service.

Delivering and protecting the site serves the operator’s legitimate interest in running a working, secure gallery. Necessary browser storage records the privacy choice you request. Optional colour storage is based on your permission and can be withdrawn without affecting access.

When you contact us

An email enquiry can include your name, contact details, message and the artwork you ask about. Use only the information needed for the conversation. Correspondence is used to answer you, clarify a request or take steps toward an agreement at your request. Records required for an actual sale or a legal obligation are handled for those purposes.

Enquiries are kept while needed to resolve the matter and any related agreement, legal duty or dispute. Retention depends on the nature of the request and applicable record-keeping requirements. A general enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Services and recipients

Email providers handle communications sent through their services. A hosting or network provider processes the technical requests needed to deliver a website. Personal information may also need to be disclosed where the law requires it. The gallery has no account system, checkout, newsletter form.

Artwork information may be delivered through the operator’s content service. No visitor conversation or contact details are submitted to that service by these pages. When you open a character chat, your messages and the selected character’s fictional context are sent through our server to Fluxer.AI to generate a streamed reply. A separate conversation identifier is used for each character and browser session. The service keeps conversation history so you can resume during the session; it is not used here for advertising. Contact the operator for information about provider retention or to request deletion. Closing the panel stops the active request but does not delete messages already processed.

Storage and deletion

The privacy-choice record expires after 180 days. Optional colour storage is removed when permission is withdrawn or expires. Both can be deleted using your browser’s site-data controls. See the cookie policy for the exact storage keys and purposes.

Your rights

Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for optional processing at any time. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of processing before it.

Send a request to 247@b2bw.si. Please provide enough detail to locate the relevant correspondence; identity information is requested only when reasonably needed to verify the request. You can also lodge a complaint with Romania’s ANSPDCP or the competent authority where you live or work.

Character messages are creative text. They are not individual advice or decisions about you. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made by this gallery. Avoid entering sensitive personal information into a character conversation.

The date below identifies this version. Changes to storage, integrations or personal-data handling must be reflected in this notice before those features are enabled.
